12x12 guest space has a queen size bed with a Sealy mattress, natural pine dresser with six spacious drawers and a decorative shuttered mirror on top, luggage rack, a folding door closer with a shelf, and a TV. Shared spaces include: laundry, full size kitchen, living area, sunroom, and bathroom.

Central heat, air conditioning, electric, water & trash, wifi, Netflix, Prime, shared driveway parking.
Shared spaces include:
kitchen with a fridge and staple foods, microwave, coffee nook, full oven and stove
laundry room with ironing board, iron, laundry & cleaning supplies

living area with work spaces, 2 televisions, couches and chairs
sunroom with quiet area and gorgeous windows

$1020/month (plus taxes) a one-time-non-refundable security deposit of $150
